HOW YOU CAN PROMOTE TO READERS

General Event Sponsorship: completely customizable for the sponsor in terms of event-type, branding, signage, etc.

• Cost: $20,000-$50,000, depending on customizations

Convention Bags: event bags that go to all attendees full of swag. The bags are chosen and branded with your logo and Readers Take Denver’s.

• Cost: starting at $15,000 (volume of attendance and quality of selected item may impact cost). This is not marked up. We will confer with you on exact price and choice.

Flavored Oxygen Bar: a popular gathering spot at the event which garners attention. Signage for your authors and/or brand will be highlighted.

• Cost: $7,000 – $15,000

Attendee Bag Book / Swag Insert: Include any item of swag they would like to be included in all attendee bags given out at registration. This can be any item you would like: books, keychain, lanyards, bottle openers, etc.

• Cost: $75 admin fee, you will just send along the items

Promo Alley: Provide books or any swag item for Promo Alley, which is a room at Readers Take Denver that every attendee gets a ticket form and can enter in once. Authors and publishers donate swag and books of all kinds for this goodie room.

Full Agenda + WiFi Sponsorship:

• Cost: $27,000+
• With full back cover agenda ad, 10 full pages of ads for your authors in all 3,000 glossy agendas that go out to all attendees. Logo / specified creative on the WiFi splash page for the signing rooms. Also includes two retractable banners at registration, 10 pages of ads for your authors

Welcome Party Event for All Attendees: up to six of your authors highlighted at the very first event of the convention! 

• Cost: $15,000+ depending on food and beverage selected for the event
• Each year the authors at this event get a table and do an early signing and sell a large number of books

Influencer Event to Highlight Your Books: highlight your upcoming titles with our high-profile influencers.

Special Author Event (Featured Author or Book Launch)

Narrator Event:

• Customizable cost

DJ Party: DJ and signage included. 

• Cost: $3,500+ depending on food and beverage selected for the event.
• Very popular themed event in the evenings. Example: could be masquerade themed for a vampire-related book, etc. Prizes can be handed out by DJ on behalf of sponsor.

Casino Night: Your authors can host the event and give our their books as prizes

• Customizable cost depending on casino table choices and other options
• Casino company brings in chips and all tables with dealers. Door prizes can be given away in exchange for the chips. 
• Can be used as a charity event. 
• Wildly popular evening event.

Private Presidential Suite: enjoy an intimate event with 40 individuals with a custom menu

• Cost: $2,500+ depending on food and beverage selected for the event.
• Example: wine tasting for a wine-themed book

Cash Bars: throughout the event sponsor a cash bar including a custom drink (even named after characters, books, etc.) and sign on the bar top

• $500 per bar
• Signage can be included for additional cost. 

Open coffee and tea service: throughout the event, promotional signs places at outlet

• $3,000+ depending on options

Water Bottles: included in every attendee bag

• $10,000+ depending on water bottle selected, quantity ordered, and imprint options. Price not marked up. Sponsor will have full input in choices.
• As our event is in Colorado, hydration is key for all of our attendees, so this will be a very high-profile sponsorship, as your branded water bottle will be the one everyone is using.

Logo on our T-shirt: include you logo along with others on our convention T-shirts

• $5,000

HOW YOU CAN PROMOTE TO AUTHORS or other publishing professionals

Author-Only Lounge: this will be on the main meeting space level and will be for authors only. Coffee and pastries will be provided for the authors. You can offer your input on the snacks that are included in the lounge. We will also procure approved retractable signs and you'll be able to disperse promotional materials to the authors in here as well.

• Cost: $10,000+ depending on choices

Drink Tickets: drink tickets will be provided to authors, librarians, and/or booksellers. Tickets will be custom branded at your approval and can include custom note.

• Cost: $16.50 per ticket
• Can be done for just your authors as well.

Author Mixer: 

• Cost depending on choices

Librarian and Bookseller Mixer:

• Escalator panels can be broken up into different designs.

Windows in the common meeting areas outside of the signing rooms

• Cost: $400 - $1,300, depending on size and location of window

Columns in the common meeting areas outside of the signing rooms

• Cost: $6,000
