Convention Bags: event bags that go to all attendees full of swag. The bags are chosen and branded with your logo and Readers Take Denver’s.

Flavored Oxygen Bar: a popular gathering spot at the event which garners attention. Signage for your authors and/or brand will be highlighted.

Attendee Bag Book / Swag Insert: Include any item of swag they would like to be included in all attendee bags given out at registration. This can be any item you would like: books, keychain, lanyards, bottle openers, etc.

Promo Alley: Provide books or any swag item for Promo Alley, which is a room at Readers Take Denver that every attendee gets a ticket form and can enter in once. Authors and publishers donate swag and books of all kinds for this goodie room.

Author-Only Lounge: this will be on the main meeting space level and will be for authors only. Coffee and pastries will be provided for the authors. You can offer your input on the snacks that are included in the lounge. We will also procure approved retractable signs and you'll be able to disperse promotional materials to the authors in here as well.

Drink Tickets: drink tickets will be provided to authors, librarians, and/or booksellers. Tickets will be custom branded at your approval and can include custom note.
